TOS & Information
By commissioning me you will be aware and agree of the following terms.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Payment:
- Full payment upfront via Paypal; No Refunds.2. Deadline/Delivery:
- 30 Business Days from payment confirmation.3. Usage:
- Personal/Non-Commercial Use with Credit to Allocen.
- Permitted actions: Print, Crop, Rotate, Resize.4. Restrictions:
- No NFT, Crypto, AI, Modification, Redistribution.5. Process:
- Form submission leads to an email with final price and payment link.
- Upon payment approval, customer receives a link to the QUEUE for progress tracking.COMMISSION POLICIES
1. Accepted Themes:
- Feral, Anthro, Gore/Horror, Human(oid), LGBTQ+, NSFW, Chibi, Anime, Pokemon, Digimon.
- Any body shape is acceptable.2. Exclusions:
- No Political Content.3. Order Approval:
- Order Forms subject to approval or denial.4. Artistic Freedom:
- Artist exercises creative freedom in composition.
- Appearance may slightly vary between commissions.5. Style and Publication:
- Characters interpreted in the artist's style.
- WIP may be shared on artist's social media.
- Final Art may be publicized and added to the artist's personal portfolio.
- Client can request confidentiality before project commencement.WORK IN PROGRESS (WIP STAGE)
1. Inclusions:
- One (1) WIP Stage included with each Order.
- Delivered within or up to ~20 Business Days.2. Client Involvement:
- Client may draw over the WIP Stage for desired edits.
- No new Commission Details can be requested at this stage.3. Restrictions:
- WIP artwork is for the project only; not for other uses.
- Sketch Commissions exempt from WIP stage.EDIT REQUESTS (EDITS)
1. Allowed Edits:
- Small adjustments, Character Corrections.2. Excluded Edits:
- Drastic/Plentiful Changes to overall Composition.3. Request Timing:
- Edit Requests allowed during WIP Stage & Final Piece.
- Character Corrections require visible details on Reference.
- Final Piece Edit Requests limited due to creation process.4. Discretion and Timing:
- Edit Requests at Artist's Discretion.
- Must be made within ~48hrs of WIP & Final.5. Delivery:
- High & Low Resolution Copies provided.COPYRIGHT AND ETHICS
- Ownership: Client owns the commissioned piece.
- Prohibitions: Do not trace, reference, or claim artwork as your own.
- Consequences: Violations result in immediate Block & Blacklist.
Payments are required upfront.
No refunds.
Each extra character has a 50% fee.
WIPs will always be provided for approval.
After payment confirmation, the customer will receive the link to my queue where they can check the status of their order.
Any changes to the delivery time will be notified in advance.
I can do SFW and NSFW for any style below.
